Grow in Your Faith Together

Growth groups at Sturgis Missionary Church are small groups of people growing in their faith and walking with Jesus together.

These groups gather to connect with each other, build lasting relationships, and nurture their spiritual growth. Participating in a growth group is a great way to meet new people and develop life-giving friendships.

Sunday School Growth Groups

Our Sunday School Growth Group Classes meet everySunday from 9:15–10:15 AM.

We offer age-appropriate classes for adults, children, and youth. All are welcome to join a group at any time.

Current Adult Sunday School Groups:

  • The General Epistles - Room 6. Adult Bible Study led by Eric Ruckert.

  • Mama Bear Apologetics - Lobby Classroom. Women’s small group. Learn about how to defend your faith and teach your children/others to do so as well. Led by Sarah Snyder.

Midweek Growth Groups

Our Midweek Growth Group Classes meet every Wednesday from 6:00-7:15pm.

We offer age-appropriate classes for adults, children, and youth. All are welcome to join at any time.

Current Adult Midweek Groups:

  • A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23 - Room 2. Adult prayer and book study led by Tim & Julie Rouch. Books are provided.

SUMMER MIDWEEK ON THE MOVE

  • Wednesday, August 19, 6:00 pm: Tim & Julie Rouch’s home - contact church for address

More Groups & Opportunities to Connect

  • Women's Ministry - Ladies get together at least once a month for various activities, meals, and service projects. See upcoming gatherings.

  • Women's Bible Study - Thursdays, 9:30 -11 am, Lobby Classroom. Led by Karen Mills.

  • Young Adults Group - Young adults group meeting at Jared and Hannah Eichorn's home from 6:30-9 pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. A time of Bible study, games, food, and community.

  • Join a serve team - A great way to connect is through volunteering! Join the worship team, help with youth or kids, or sign up to greet or serve coffee!

  • Monthly Trivia Nights - A fun way to get to laugh and get to know other church members. Teams of up to six people compete as they answer questions from all sorts of categories, from history to sports to entertainment! Held most months on the third or fourth Thursday. Sign up your team.
